Effectiveness of Match Technique to Improve Students’ Vocabulary Mastery based on Gender

This research that belongs to quantitative aims at finding the effectiveness of make a match technique improve students’ vocabulary based on gender. The instrument given students was in context descriptive text. subject this consisted 25 students. only used experimental class for research. result research, there were significant improvement between pre-test and post-test score. obtained from sample T-test, it found p value (0,000) lower than 0.05 t-observed (25.296) higher t-table (2.064). While differences score female male post test, (.859) 0.05, not male. So, interesting teaching learning vocabulary, also helps understand about material easily.
